The Bridal Package – One Simple Price of $2,000

All-day coverage, two handcrafted films.

This package keeps things simple. I’ll be there from the morning prep through to the last dance, filming the full story of your day as it naturally unfolds. You’ll get two separate films:

  • A Cinematic Full-Day Film (around 15mins), which gives you the full picture—prep, vows, speeches, reception, and everything in between. It’s paced naturally and edited with care, so it feels like watching the day from start to finish.

  • A Highlights Film (around 6mins), perfect for sharing with friends and family. It’s a shorter version with the key moments and best bits, set to a song of your choice (I’ll handle the licensing for you).

About six weeks out, we’ll jump on a planning call (Zoom or coffee in Papamoa, up to you) to run through your timeline, favourite spots at the venue, and any must-capture moments of family or surprises. That way, we’re all on the same page, and you can relax and enjoy the day.

  • I’ll be there from morning prep through to the dance floor, filming things as they actually happen. The final film is around 15 minutes and pulls together all the key moments in a way that feels true to the day. It’s organic and paced so it’s easy to watch back, whether that’s a week later or years down the track.

  • This is a short, shareable version of your day. It covers the big stuff like vows, portraits, and the best moments from the reception, all edited together. It’s simple, easy to rewatch, and ideal for sharing with friends and family.

  • About six weeks out we’ll hop on Zoom (or grab coffee in Papamoa) to cover timelines, favourite spots and any important moments or family members to capture.

  • Locking in your date:

    To secure your booking, I ask for a flat $250 deposit. Once that’s paid, your date’s locked in and I’ll hold it just for you.

    Final payment:

    The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. That way, there’s nothing to worry about on the day, and I can get straight into editing your films without any delays.

    How to pay:

    Most couples pay by bank transfer, easy and fee-free.

Planning a wedding comes with a lot of moving parts, and it’s totally normal to have questions. Below you’ll find answers to some of the things I get asked most. Like how the day’s filmed, what you’ll receive, and how the process works. If you’re wondering about anything else, just flick me an email. I’m always happy to chat.

  • I film from morning prep through to the first dance (about 8–10 hours) and wrap up no later than 9:30pm.

  • I’m a solo filmmaker focused on visuals, so I don’t capture live audio unfortunately. Songs of your choosing are added to the wedding films, giving it a diary-style feel with important songs from the day.

  • You pick the music of your wedding films. Most couples choose special songs from the day. Four to six songs will be chosen for your films. 

  • Both films arrive within 6–8 weeks via a private download link. Very straight forward, and you can share the download link with friends and family to download too.

  • Absolutely. travel within 2 hours of Papamoa Beach is included. Beyond that, it’s $55 per travel hour. For destinations that require flights or overnight stays, standard airfare and budget accommodation are added at cost, I’ll confirm everything before booking.
